Darcy Miller Brown has  had a passion for horses her entire life.

As we grow in  knowledge and passion for horses hopefully we will come to a right understanding of why we really love to be around horses. No longer is it just winning ribbons or beating your peers. It’s  really about having a relationship with your friend.  Sometimes those who worship the creature and not the the One who created the creature may become involved with a  competitive spirit that engulfs oneself in a self seeking pride war that  can never be  won. Whether our students win or lose its all about our relationship with our animal. Our happiness comes about when we both are content in whatever state we may be in,ie / the show arena, out on the trail, chasing a cow, or teaching one how to lower the horses head.
