Pink Flamingo Day at Blue Goose
August 12, 2012
You won't want to miss this show!
It's funky and it's fun: Pink Flamingo Day at Blue Goose.
This tradition of paying homeage to the pink bird began seven or eight years ago and has become THE event of the summer. The entire 'flock' will be out and about the farm and everyone is encouraged to wear their best pink. Those with the most pink and the best bling win the prize.
There will be a parade of pink during the lunch break and again during the afternoon. Whether you have a pink shirt, a pink horse (sugar-free coolaide works wonders!), a pink boa or pink ribbon, you are invited to strut your stuff in the parades :) And, just think how much better your tests will go when disguised in pink!
The 'Jail House Birds' will be performing a quadrille during the day. . . dressed in their best jail house pink of course!
Entries can be made through this link: Equestrian Entries or they can be mailed or dropped off at the farm. Once we receive your paid entry, you will be emailed a link to reserve your ride time.
Let your wild hair fly!!
