2013 Jam'in Musical Freestyle Musical Challenge Series

May 15, 2013 is the date for  BGS I
, the first of six shows in this exciting new Dressage & Musical Freestyle series. Entries opened March 18 and close April 20.  
 To qualify for the top prize money at the sixth Challenge show in October, riders must compete in 4 of the 5 shows: BGS I, BGS II, BGS III, Dunmovin' I,  Dunmovin' II.

Be sure to include the USDF and USEF cards for the horse, rider, owner and coach (if applicable) and attach a current negative coggins.

Stakes & Musical Freestyle Prize Money

This new series is very exciting because for the first time in this area, Dressage riders  have the opportunity to compete for significant prize money in six shows at two farms central to the area.  In addition to the Stakes classes, prize money is being offered in Musical Freestyle at all levels.

 

In the Stakes Classes, at each show, the top three  scoring riders at each level from Training through FEI  including Para-Equestrian will share a $300 purse.

 In the  Musical Freestyle Stakes, the high-scoring rider in the Training Level MFS will receive $250, the high-scoring rider in USDF MFS Levels1st - 4th will receive $500, and the high-scoring rider in FEI Musical Freestyles. will also receive $500. At the final Challenge show, the high-scoring rider at Training will receive $500, the high-scoring rider in USDF (1st - 4th) will receive $1000 and the FEI high-scoring rider will also receive $1000. To qualify for the high-scoring money at the Challenge Show, riders must compete at 4 of the 5 series shows.  See the prize list for all of the details.
